At Almondsbury Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Gather Proof of Purchase

  Locate your original receipt, tax invoice, or online order confirmation email to verify your transaction.

  Return to Store

  Bring your items and proof of purchase to the main information desk at our Almondsbury location for an immediate assessment.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once approved, we will process your refund back to the original payment method or help you select a replacement item.
